If you are working inside IR35, then you have to pay for the interest in case you pay the tax and NICs late. The company would then have to report these on an earlier update on or before 31st January. But, if you can manage to pay the taxes and NICs by 31st January soon after the end of the tax year, then you do not have to bear the penalty.
